Some brands of dish soap are thicker than others. To prevent clogging, we always recommend diluting your soap using a 70/30 ratio of dish soap to water. We do NOT recommend using liquid soap that contain beads or any kind of grainy materials. Watch our video to learn more about how to install and maintain a soap dispenser.
Are BLANCO grids and crockery baskets dishwasher safe?
Yes all of the grids and crockery baskets are dishwasher safe.
Are BLANCO grids and crockery baskets coated in Stainless Steel?
Our grids and crockery baskets are not coated, they are made of solid stainless steel, and therefore they will not rust.
How can I clean my basket strainer?
Over time, your basket strainer will collect some dirt and grime, so you will need to clean it periodically.
HERE'S OUR TRICK:
- Put a level teaspoon of powdered dishwasher detergent onto the closed basket strainer
- Pour approx. 250 ml of boiling water over the strainer and let it soak for a few minutes
- Scrub it with a dish washing brush until the basket strainer and drain cup are shiny
- Open up the basket strainer and take out the basket insert
- Scrub the opening of the drain cup
- Rinse it with clean warm water
What is the warranty on BLANCO soap dispensers and accessories?
